Avery Body & Trim Shop is a family owned business since 1974, we are known as the "Triad's most trusted collision repair facility since 1974" We accept all Insurance Company work and our shop is a Direct Repair shop for many insurance carriers. We have access to both Enterprise Rental Cars and Hertz and also feature cost effective Towing to get your vehicle to our shop for a safe and speedy repair. Our shop is an I-Car Gold Class shop which means we are among only 10 percent of the shops that meet the rigorous standard. We feature in-house experts in each repair specialty needed for a complete and safe repair. We feature state of the art Equipment and Technology to repair your vehicle no matter how old or new. Car-O-Liner Bench Frame Rack and Car-O-Tronic Vision 2 X3 3D Measuring System as well as Pro-Spot i5 Compression Spot Welders and SP-3 Aluminum, Silicon Bronze and Pulse Steel Welding. Highly Satisfied!!! Wonderful work done from start to finish. The quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and the paint job was especially impressive. The only feedback I wish to provide is the communication during the repairs could have been better. I had to reach out to obtain a status and felt like someone should’ve reached out to me when the vehicle wasn’t completed at the end of week one. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I was explained why there was a delay and I completely understood. Other than that, Carol was very friendly during the entire process, and there were no other concerns. I felt like the shop went above and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer in reference to the repairs. My family has used everybody in trim for well over 30 years and we will continue to do so as needed. Thank you all.

Not really pleased with the two deep scratches on the door. I know initially they weren't considered part of the wreck by insurance. After getting the dent fixed the scratches should have been filled in and sprayed again. Buffing them after painting didn't fix the look of the scratches.

I was told I had $1400 left for my windshield to get fix and then they said if they fix it, it will totally ithe car out. I check and see how much it causes to get the windshield fix and they told me the estimate $700.00. The windshield was on there of the accident. I would love to get it fixed and I had to pay the deductible $500.00 do I don’t think that was fair to me that it didn’t get replaced.

My bumper, grill, and a rubbing sound were the issues I brought in with my car. I was told my grill was fine, even though it was clearly loose when I brought it in. The bumper is pristine, the rubbing sound still persists, and the grill is not attached properly. When I picked the car up, the rubber piece under the bumper wasn't attached properly. However, that was fixed before I left.
