When I dropped off my car, I had told Cynthia at repairs (who I’m assuming is the liaison for MBZ collision) that the front right wheel area was making noise since my accident. I never had an issue before the accident. When I got the car back, that issue was not fixed and my front right part of the car is still making noise.

Unfortunately, the communication between the depts was lacking. I was mislead, lied to and ignored. I was promised one thing, but then was told that what was said to me was incorrect. It was obvious the manager was covering for everyone. No one was truthful and honestly, coming from such a ‘reputable’ car company- they were all unprofessional and a joke, to say the least.

I would hate for anyone to have to go through the ordeal. I went through with that young 15-year-old scooter driver running into my car setting me up to be scammed for money and yet turned out the scam was on him. He got hurt hurt his knee. he hurt his knee, but by the time he went to the ambulance, and I got the police report they had claimed me as responsible for the error in judgment in terms of my vehicle, managing my vehicle and ultimately him exaggerating his injuries and so he probably will mass a certain amount of benefit or reward so to speak definitely at 15 the fairly and with much malice, he has learned in a probably invaluable lesson and he will probably attempt to carry it out throughout his life and unfortunate for him, but either way it has been extremely stressful and very unfortunate for me and that I have to kind of address it and so with the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, I stay firm and trust in God and when I have the opportunity to go to a reliable source AW collision with reliable and professional people Dimitri being one of them yes 100% would refer a W collision someone required repairs thank you

Dimitri, who Taylor made my experience. He was more than effective, but redeemable to all that had occurred to me, getting to AW Collision. Dimitri just had my back he made sure all the day mechanical needs were Met repairs and or replacements in a timely manner maintained he even went to had to I should say fight for unprofessional work by others assessors who had a maybe sometimes a narrow view of what was good enough as opposed to what was Rite inappropriate for making me Whole and Repair Repair)'s I can't undo what happened and Recently, finding that a scandalous set up for money turned into a reward for poor behavior and lies manipulation by a 15-year-old turned into a big win for him finding me at fault for both the error in judgment in terms of my actions operating in the vehicle, and then of course, in his escalating injuries as relates to his manifesting more benefits in terms of monetary benefits, in terms of a accountability am I part it's really been very trying and very stressful very disappointing, but not with Dimitri AW collision he's professional he remains interested but not emotionally wetted to anything. He's very clearly organized thank you so much Dimitri and AW collision.

I I'm extremely satisfied with the efforts to make my property back to Whole and make me Whole as it relates to repairs to my car. Dimitri was nothing more than excellent in orchestrating a very ex expedient and pro professional outcome and not having to go through a mini obstacles as a relates to others, other professionals other's opinions outside of the focus priority me in my my vehicle returned after repairs in a timely manner Thank you Dimitri, from AW collision for your effort to secure the best outcome, considering the circumstances and the perseverance you had to maintain over 30 days.

AW Collision in Long Beach went above and beyond for me during an incredibly difficult time. My car was totaled in a wreck, and it was very sentimental to me because it belonged to a family member who had passed away. They kept my car in storage for nearly three weeks, almost a month, and never charged me a single dollar in storage fees. That level of honesty and compassion is rare. The staff was professional, kind, and understanding, and the manager is absolutely amazing. You can tell she truly cares about people, not just business. I’m extremely grateful for how I was treated and highly recommend AW Collision.
