In all the interactions I didn’t feel any consideration was given to the situation I was in. I escalated my concerns to the manager and he was even worse.

Supplier delays in providing parts meant you had my car several days longer than expected. A couple of additional brackets added $500 to my bill. And the computer setup afterwards was incomplete (and still needs addressing when I have time to bring it in).
