I wish it hadn't taken 2+ weeks, but it was also the holidays and they were pretty clear the obstacles with the assessor. Car looks fantastic and they offered a detail of the car in one month. They are very responsive to phone calls and emails, great company.

I’ve had to take my car, same car my Porsche to AW Collision because three different episodes of somebody hitting me AW took care of me and did an excellent job on my car. Joel is one of the most thorough guy I have ever met. He is just amazing and God forbid. I look forward to ever having them. Take care of me again!

Joel and Rachel are the BEST!! From start to finish they were with me all the way! AND I get to bring my car back for a wash and wax for a bonus in a month and sit in the massage chair! AMAZING SERVICE!!

I brought my car in on tuesday to repair a few items one a hole in the driver side leather door panel that had a tool Hole puncture after being in AW possession for repair . Also i added a steering wheel repair and seat. Wheel looks good but seat looks like repair is not going to hold longterm and door repair looks subpar with one of two holes still exposed. I love Joel amd hes fantastic but this repair and a $300 charge on my cc have left me very disappointed .

I would never recommend AW to anyone else! What’s the point of being a certified body shop if you have to keep sending the car out to other dealers and specialist!?!? Over $3000 billed to my insurance company by AW for outsourced work.

Car was outsourced several times for repairs that AW could no perform, I specifically picked AW because they are a certified Porsche auto repair shop. I didn’t think they needed to send the car out and have two other businesses work on the car

Rear quarter panel damaged took almost 3 months to complete, I had to demand the manager to take over the job because the technician that was given my car worked at a very slow pace.
