There are white paint stains in the copilot rear side of the vehicle. I have sent an email and the person who delivered to me the vehicle took note and pictures of the stains. The stains were not in the car when it arrived to AW collision for the repair. I am attentive to receive answer on how you will be able to solve the issue.

The customer service and warranty support were excellent. However, the installation process was challenging due to the use of defective parts. While AW replaced the defective parts under warranty, they still showed minor cosmetic damage. I accepted them, as I could not continue repeating this process. I am still concerned whether AW conducts quality assurance before installing parts, as this issue resulted in wasted time for the customer and unnecessary disassembly and reinstallation.

I worked with Rich Albright, I had an excellent experience as a customer. Rich let me know exactly what was going on and helped me through the process. This was my first accident ever, Rich made me feel comfortable through the whole procedure. he was punctual and kept in contact with me the whole time

There are minor issue with defective parts and installation. Mr. Joel lbarra said that he will order parts and correct issue. I am not satisfied 100% yet but I am satisfied Mr. Ibarra’s good customer service.
