Everything started out fine however, my car was kept for about a month. Which I felt was ridiculously long. I know there was some extenuating circumstances, but I’m not so sure anybody was pushing the insurance company to get it resolved.. When I finally got close to getting my car, I couldn’t get a straight answer to when it was going to be completed. Joel was very poor about calling-me back and giving me status and at one point, he actually lied to me and told me he had called me back. I had to explain to him that I have a smart phone and it tracks every incoming and outgoing call and he never called me. I had an out of town trip planned and had explained to Joel when I needed my car for this trip. Joel made no indications that I wouldn’t have my car when I called to see about picking it up before I was leaving town. He broke the news to me that oh no it wasn’t going to be ready! I no longer wanted to work with Joel since I wasn’t getting a straight answer. I escalated to Rich, I called couldn’t get a call back from Rich I left him two messages. I finally got a call back the next day. Even though Rich did not have an answer for me I would’ve appreciated a call and someone acknowledging the fact that I had been waiting and was no happy! I spent over $2000 for a cheap rental car because I had to have a car for a whole month. When I finally got my car back, no one went over the car with me. I looked at my car, realized it was not done correctly. There was a huge gap on the side that the repair was done on. I had to go back inside get someone to look at my car. My car was taken back and corrected while I waited for about 45 minutes so they could fix what should’ve never happened! Someone should’ve caught this issue before they ever turned over the car to me not to mention the fact, someone should’ve walked around and looked at the car with me when they gave it to me! I know Porsche Walnut Creek recommends AW Collision however I will provide feedback to Porsche Walnut Creek, that I will never go to AW Collision again and that in my opinion, they should not be recommending them to anyone! My husband had used AW Collision however he has multiple cars and didn’t have to deal with a rental so for him to have his car gone for a long period of time was not an issue! I plan to make sure he doesn’t bring any of his three Porsches to AW Collision for any repairs again

Everything about AW Collision is professional from the the time you call until the time your lucky enough to deal with Joel. He is a charming gentleman who provides you with quality info as well as quality work craftsmanship…..This is the 3rd time having dealt with them even had a Porsche painted by them.
