Rich at AW took great care of my vehicle. Communication and updates were provided during the entire process and they kept it on the estimated schedule. All paint and bodywork came out flawless. The final outcome looks like when I picked it up from the showroom floor! They even took the time to detail the vehicle before returning it to me.

You estimated 4 days and it turned out to be 7. My contact always said he would call me right back but most often I had to call him back. He was very nice but seemed overworked. You did give me a nice credit for the rental car due to the delay.

I think cost to repair a small window was extremely expensive - in my mind unreasonable. It also took way too long to repair a window. Sure it is justified by your receipt, but to spend 20k for a small window is unreasonable even if insurance is paying.
