First of all the work done was great which is the bottom line. Communication on the other hand was iffy at best. I turned the car over on 09/24 and approved the work order for the estimate. Just before closing time on 9/26 I was left a message from Rich requesting a call back. As it was late Friday the shop was closed before I could call back. I called back Monday morning and was sent to Rich's voice mail. I tried again later that day and again was sent to voice mail and by end of day still no call back. I tried again late morning on 09/30 and again voice mail with no call back. I tried again in the afternoon and again voice mail, I didn't bother with a message because I was looking up where to escalate to. A little later Rich did call and I approved the repair estimate. That pretty much describes our communication throughout the process.
