The work was great. Looked like my car was never hit. Only problem I have is with today's gas prices if they are going to drive your car more than 2 miles replacing the gas would be nice! What's the purpose of collecting the info on how much your tank was on if it's not going to be replaced when used. Now had I brought it in on empty they would have had to put gas in it to get it to Avon. My tank was pretty much full when I dropped it off but it wasn't when I picked it up. Other than that great work!

I’ve had a very positive experience with Axelrod Collision Center so far. Being involved in an accident is stressful, but their team made the process much easier from the beginning. They were professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with. They answered my questions, worked with the insurance process, and helped make everything smooth, including handling the rental car return. Customer service has been excellent, and I appreciate how helpful and accommodating everyone has been throughout the process.
