I was never given status updates. The only call I got was to tell me that you made a mistake and I had a $250 comprehensive deductible after I was told I had none when the car was dropped off. The quality of the repairs are excellent, except for the paint smell. The interior and exterior were wonderfully cleaned. Nice touch and very appreciative.

Perfect from beginning to end! Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. We were updated on the progress consistently. The repair was completed quickly and correctly. They made a loaner car available and were concerned about the inconvenience of not having a vehicle. The cost was very competitive and they didn’t cut corners to be the best option I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
