I’m glad it was suggested to take my vehicle to Gerber Collision in Lincoln Park. My vehicle had damage and I took it there for some bodywork. The service was phenomenal. Everyone there was on point and on their game. They set everything up with the insurance company and car rental. They also said they would try to have the bodywork done within two weeks and they achieve their goal… Both Dianne and Jillian were very knowledgeable about the process and completed everything they said they would.. The bottom line is I was very pleased with Gerber Collision and very pleased with the outcome of their work. My vehicle looked like new straight from the Factory.. I would go back…. Thank you…

Although it is a rarity that I require collision repair, I have to say that I have never experienced the excellent customer service as I did at Gerber. The repair on my car was beautiful as if it were brand new. I appreciated the fact that although it took a few extra days to get my car, the attention to safety was priority. This was the best service I ever had. The team was so friendly and helpful. My car was repaired in 5 days like the manager said also my car was washed and cleaned inside and out.
