This shop has violated my trust for being not truthful about using my vehicle even though so many things have been changed on my vehicle after it was dropped off.

Manager mentioned to me on 11/3/25 (day of drop off) vehicle showed 60 miles to empty fuel on dashboard and he said it should be fine since it's a hybrid vehicle and enough fuel for test drive after alignment. It was 8 miles to empty fuel on 11/13/25 pick up indicating it was driven at least 52 miles. My vehicle's satellite app showed vehicle was driven 16 miles on 11/5/25, 2 miles on 11/5/25, 1 mile on 11/10/25, 6 miles on 11/12/25 and 10 miles on 11/13/25. Vehicle's lane assistance program was activated (I never use or activate this feature), my dash cam power cord was unplugged so it would not record where it was driven , my radio was tuned to a station I never listen to, my car temp setting was turned up to 79F (max I set was 74F), my tissue box was moved from center to far right on dashboard and my front passenger seat was moved all the way forward. There were so many indications that my vehicle was used for personal joyride other than just staying in the shop for necessary repair work. Manager denied unauthorized use of my vehicle and changed the check in mileage to reflect only 18 miles was driven during the repair. Manager has not been honest and truthful about using my vehicle. So many features in the vehicles have been changed (not the same conditions when I dropped off the vehicle and features I never used on my vehicle). He just trying to cover his lies with more lies.
