My present experience with Gerber in Clawson MI has been exceptional as it was in two previous repairs with Gerber. The office personnel are excellent and the repairs are 5 star plus workmanship. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of service and the quality of their repairs. I highly recommend them.

Work on the car was well done from what we can tell. The reason I’m not giving a 10 is because we were initially told the car would be ready September 1st and it wasn’t ready until the 17th. Also, the communication dropped off with updates as well. Luckily though everything was fine and the billing issue that occurred were taken care of by the team and Wex and Natalie were very helpful when I called in.

This place has been giving me the runaround, and my car still has not been repaired properly. After taking it back, the front bumper is now falling off. I was originally told by one of the employees that a new bumper had already been ordered. Now the manager is saying that he had to order it and have it painted. That was three weeks ago. It is now mid-September, and my car is still not properly repaired from an accident that happened on June 30. The lack of communication, conflicting information, and delays have been extremely frustrating. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I am highly disappointed with the service I have received and would not recommend this place based on my experience.
