Takes too long to check in and check out, but I haven’t been to a collision shop in many many years so maybe that’s customary

Just too much paperwork but I realize that’s necessary. Maybe it could be done online?

I liked the message updates, but they were inaccurate. The day my car was to be done it wasn’t ready and I did not receive any updates. I had to call. The work done on the car was excellent!
