Your Sterling Heights location that did the work was fine. I thought it took to long to get repaired. Scott was polite when I was'nt Thank you to Scott. Your Utica store where I went ahead of time to set up the repair. led me to believe they were going to get right on my job . Auto Owners Ins had even sent money Then I was notified it was being moved to Sterling Hts. From when I dropped it off Monday morning to late Thursday my truck wasn't even looked at... 4 days, Maybe this is normal, but I didn't seem like a priority at all

My Experience

What an amazing experience! I’ve never had to have my car repaired before and everyone at Gerber was incredible from start to finish. Nicole at the front desk was super sweet and communicative, Scott answered all my questions and kept me up to date with the progress on my car from start to finish, and everyone who worked on my car did such a wonderful job. Just so pleased. While I hope I never need car repairs again, if I do, this is hands down where I will be going!
