Was happy to get my truck back, but after roughly 2.5 days it had to be returned to B&K. They really do care about their customers, unfortunately this time round the loaner is unavailable so now I stuck with footing the bill for a rental.

I do feel the front desk could be better at greeting the people who walk in the door. I honestly felt more welcomed by the mechanic who approached me as I was going to talk to the tow truck driver.

Every part of the experience was top notch! Staff was super communicative and explained everything in detail. The body work was excellent! Everything looked as good as new. We also called ahead because we were running a few minutes late to pick up the car, and the person waiting for us said it was no big deal. Had the car ready to go the minute we pulled in. Truly a great experience from start to finish.

B&K is definitely a great collision shop that does quality work. After my accident my truck legitimately looks as if it came off a showroom floor. They even had a loaner available for me. I did have to take my truck back to address a shaking issue and they got me right back into a loaner. They stand by their work and I will recommend anyone to go to their shop especially for insurance claims.
