In-person service was great, but the truck was close to 2 weeks beyond the estimated finish date. Phone service was poor. I could not get any info regarding a completion date from the person answering the phone and did not receive the promised return calls with an updated ETA

Nice people and repair work well-done, but the delay spoiled what could have been a good experience.

Repair quality is good, but taillight turn signal bulb needs replacing. After lengthy insurance company delay, assuming parts were in hand on the day vehicle was dropped off, there was still a lengthy additional delay in getting the work done. Dropped off on March 20 and completed May 3.
