The Kaizen Team did a great job--both at communicating updates and on the body work. The team is dedicated to delivering a top-notch product. For example, when the replacement headlight turned out to have advanced age related yellowing, they ordered a different one even before hearing back from my insurer because it didn't meet their standards. If I lived in Flagstaff, I would take my car to Kaizen each time I needed body work.

Over the years I and my children have had body work performed on at least five vehicles. No other body shop has even come close to the quality and service you have provided. I loved the experience right from the start. I was met with kindness from the office staff. I was notified of the progress on my vehicle throughout the process. The work was excellent. And to top it off Kaizen even cleaned my whole interior and washed the exterior. The work was beyond compare too. Kaiser, you guy's and gal's are the best. Thank you Glenn Wood. Flagstaff
