My car was involved in a fender bender. My insurance set up a drop-off at Kaizen two days later. Took less than 5 minutes to get paperwork done. Kaizen kept me informed of the repair status in a very timely manner. Pick-up took less than 5 minutes, very quick and efficient. Thank you, Kaizen for making this process as easy as possible.

Overall very satisfied. The job looks clean and well done. However there were some rough edges on the handle of the trunk door. Makes opening the trunk kind of awkward.
