The staff was great. There was a part needed that extended the pick up date by 2 days. I have to take my wife from Munds Park to Flagstaff 4 days a week for kidney dialysis and being without a car was challenging. Because I was frustrated I may have been a bit grumpy communicating with your staff and I apologize for that. Everyone did a great job and I appreciate it. Thank you.

I wanted to make one last comment. My wife has kidney dialysis 4 days each week. Being without out a car was a real hardship. The guys in the office were great. When I picked up my car I was a little grumpy and I hope the guys did not think it was because of something that they did. They all did a great job. Being without a car was a real hardship and that is why I was having a hard time. I appreciate everything that Babbitt did for us.
