The Collision Repair facility performed miracles in repairing my 1986 Ford Mustang LX! Some needed parts for the repairs were no longer available and Babbitt technicians managed to salvage damaged parts from my vehicle and repair them for re-use.

I will not recommend Babbitt Ford to anyone I know. I like companies with GREAT service and attention to detail. Babbitt is missing this. This is my first experience with Babbitt Ford and I'm not impressed. If I feel that way about a personal experience, I would not put a person I know through that.

Vehicle was in for repairs on a Monday and no work started until Friday, which lead to it being unavailbe for another week. Poor communication as to the status and the carwise tool was not updated until the vehicle was picked up.
