Ok ..time wise ..might have let me know sooner on rent a car when we started repairs . I wasn't notified till I asked later .old parts were not offered to us ..New parts were cheesy looking for front brush guard .. Hope I never have someone pull in front of me again ..more money driven for big insurance than customer service

They did awesome job ony rear bumper 13 out of 10 would recommend
