My car was picked up and found to be making a grinding noise. My husband tried contacting our main point of contact several times to arrange for the car to be dropped off and another rental provided. They spoke once and she stated that she would be back in touch, but did not call back and was unreachable for the rest of the business day. My car repair is incomplete. This matter needs to be addressed due to a potential safety issue.
