Pretty good job on the repair. There was a little paint that wasn’t as smooth on the edge of the door that was replaced but not visible. My added detail was ok. A few things that should have been attended to that weren’t. The door under carriages were not cleaned and the windows were not done well at all. Streaked and water spots were not taken care of. It was a pricey add on to have the full detail done, so I expected those details to be attended to with excellence when I picked the car up.

Excellent service from start to finish! Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and truly made the repair process a breeze. I hope that I don’t have to, but if I ever find myself in need of repairs again, I would definitely return without hesitation!

I am very happy with the repairs to my car which were all done expertly. I was also very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy that I experienced throughout, including the reception staff and TJ and the other repair technicians. I also very much appreciated the thorough cleaning that was done to my car, both inside and outside. I will definitely recommend Mascari’s to anyone who may need auto body repair work in the future.

The service was spot on, Olivia at the front desk is extremely helpful with the whole process. Gina, who did the assessment, estimation and monitored everything is simply the best. My Tesla came back as good as new after a bumper panel replacement and paint job!
