Great experience. The people I spoke to when I dropped off the car (names escape me) but they explained the process, how the insurance works and were very professional. Along the way I received regular updates via text about the status of the repairs. No surprises. When i picked up my car, Jesse showed/explained the work that was done. The car came out just as good or better than the day i purchased my Equinox. Terrific job, all around and I highly recommend the collision center at Baierl Chevrolet.

My car seems to be in great shape (picked it up yesterday). I appreciate that they cleaned it after the repairs! The whole process took a while, which wasn’t a big deal because I had a rental car through insurance, and I’m sure ordering parts for my older car took some time. I’m delighted to have my car back and in good shape! Communication was also good.

Carlee was very thorough in her inspection and cataloging of the damage to my Crosstrek. She was understanding of my feelings of not wanting to total loss the vehicle but explained clearly why it had to be totalled. Great customer service through a very tramatic experience.
