The customer service on this visit was awful. I was not told how long the repair would take and it was a minor tail light repair. Car was not ready after a day and was told it would be by end of the following day. I showed up at the end of the day and it was not ready after I’d called that afternoon at 2 and was given no indication it wouldn’t be ready. Customer service on this visit was bad.

Generally OK, but 2 comments: 1) the text messages telling me the status of my car repair were not well coordinated with reality of what was going on when I called the shop two inquire about completion date, and pick up time. A little confusing. 2) some of the car’s interior looked like it was wiped with a cloth with armor-all or something on it, which left a haze on the NAV screen and dashboard, that I subsequently had to clean off.

My car was done very quickly given the circumstances. Jesse was super kind as he walked me through everything. Both Jesse and Casey worked through the insurance company being difficult to ensure that my car was completed/repaired properly and safely. While I’m obviously hoping to never have to use Baierl Collision Center again, I would definitely recommend to anyone in the unfortunate circumstances of needing repairs.
