Car took 2 months to repair and at least 3 weeks after it got back from service. I had been getting weekly updates until my service writer was no longer employed. From there I had to demand updates and received no acknowledgment of my frustrations when emailing the shop manager. I was understanding when an ordered drive axle came in damaged, but that was followed by more part orders that should have been caught in initial teardown or explained to me in a competent way and not ignored
