Talked to the advisor about throwing some paint below the side windows. Never happen. Told him that the left headlight appeared to point down. Still does. Showed up to pick up the car and was told there is an extra charge for using credit cards. That is was all I carried and my ride left. Should have been told about this before. At one time on Thursday I was told might be done by 3:30. Wasn’t done until Friday at 4:30. To me that’s a game when that is done. I did receive headlight restorations on both for free, thanks. I would be happy to discuss these issues with someone at (661) 380 - 8190.

The office staff was very professional and super communicative. My repair tech, German, was also friendly and very informative. He made sure to address every single issue that could need to be addressed with my vehicle to ensure it was reinstated to its original form. Bakersfield Auto Body did a fantastic job, and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Bakersfield auto body took care of my 2015 Audi q7 had a fender bender accident basically made it look brand new slight orange peel but hardly noticeable everything looks great
