My experience was terrific and went very smoothly. The front office employees were very courteous and friendly. I felt very welcome. I especially appreciate German Rojas ‘s help in getting my car repaired so quickly. Although there was a slight delay, German explained that this time of year there are a lot of repairs which I understand. I also like being updated by text message which kept me informed on the repair. The only issue I have is that there was a black stain on the driver’s seat. I am not sure how it got there, except maybe some oil or other substance had rubbed off on a technician’s pants but that is just a guess. Everyone was professional and worked well as a team. The service was excellent. Previously, I have had incredibly positive experiences with Bakersfield Auto Body and I highly recommend the company. They did a very well-done job.

I am satisfied with the quality of the repair. After the repair, the car looks new. Excellent job at repairing the cracked front bumper, chipped headlight, and broken front license plate holder. Except for a bent license plate, everything looks terrific. I am not sure why they couldn’t flatten the bent license plate with a mallet or hammer by lightly tapping it. I guess they didn’t want to damage it further. Overall, it was an excellent job. I am glad AAA recommended this repair shop.
