German was our service representative; he was very professional, made us feel comfortable by answering our questions, and reassuring us that only new parts would be used. He kept us updated at least once a week on the progress of the repairs via phone or text.

The advisor was friendly and knowledgeable about the whole process of how they go about fixing my bumper. Friendly atmosphere and the front desk ladies were also nice and welcoming. My car was ready In 3 days, as I was told, and I would recommend anybody to come here.
