If no one could be bothered to explain the work that was done why would I refer anyone to them to have work done? We were made to feel like we weren’t important enough to them.

They do the best body work in town. Through the years I have taken several cars to Bakersfield Auto Body. My car looks brand new. The work is done so well. They even cleaned the inside of my car. They are the best!

Bakersfield Auto Body does the best work. The office staff is very nice. Dave knows what is needed to make a car look as good as new. My car looks like it was never damaged. I recommend them 100 percent. Also, they are Toyota certified if you have a Toyota. Whatever car needs body repair Bakersfield Auto Body is the place to go for your repair.

The customer service is excellent. They text updates on the progress of your car. You can also call and the staff is always nice.
