Took 3 weeks longer then estimated for and didn't even finish the job my passenger side window is still messed up and my passenger side rear door has a ding on it that wasn't buffed out all things I was quoted to be repaired.

Friendly, clean and safe environment Took my car in on time and was returned earlier than quoted. My car is 6 years old when I picked it up it looked brand new. Customer service is extraordinary and a rare commodity these days. Would recommend them to everyone.

There is a part of on my back bumper that was not repaired correctly. I pointed it out to the service advisor the day I went to pick up my truck and the issue has still not been fixed. Very unhappy with this body shop in general.

The only reason why I gave a high rating was because of Gabriel’s service. He was extremely kind and attentive to my truck. Everyone else that interacted with was rude and wasted my time. Extremely bad customer service however Gabriel is the only one that should receive recognition for his outstanding professionalism.
