Estimate prior to repair was very close to final cost. Was notified immediately when an adjustment in the final cost was apparent. Shop kept me apprised of the progress during the repair process. From the moment I arrived, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They provided an incredibly fast and accurate visual estimate, and I truly appreciated how they proactively communicated the possibility of additional costs that could arise during the repair process. Even though the shop requires an advance booking, they took my car in right on schedule and worked with impressive speed, completing everything in just two days. To top it off, they returned my car spotless after a complimentary wash. It’s rare to find such high-quality service and attention to detail!

They are very professional. They quickly estmated cost and gave repair duration when I brought my car after collision. Although I needed to wait for schedule of repair, it processed on the scheduled date, and they informed about possible delay may happen if they find out extra repair which has not seen before. In my case, it went versy fast without any extra repair or replacement. I strongly recommend Baldwin Auto Body. Thank you for your service.

Hello, I’ve tried to contact you’ll but being that you’ll closed for the holiday the following day after pickup. The driver mirror on the same side the deer hit my car wasn’t fixed. I’ve a new headlight on the driver side that I knew of nothing to be wrong with besides cloudy. And that’s the case the passenger side is cloudy as well so why change one and not the other now it stands out like a sore thumb. I would like a receipt because the estimate is a total different price than what was charged to the insurance. Also I would like to price my back bumper to be painted and a few little dings to be fixed. But other than those two things mentioned you’ll did a good job and hope you’ll are enjoying your holiday.
