I was very pleased with my experience at Gray Collision Center. First, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. She heard me getting upset that the car rental place had not sent someone to pick us up as arranged and offered to take me there. The work was completed in a very timely manner and though I did not have to pay for the work, I looked at the itemized receipt and the bill was not astronomical. I will definitely use this establishment again.
