Overall, my experience was positive. My car looks terrific. My two issues were 1) trying to charge me more than the original estimate; and 2) your horrible AI bot answering the phone instead of a human being. Everyone hates this crap. It makes for a terrible customer experience. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail without interacting with your horrible AI.
