Apparently upon picking up the vehicle, the svc personnel showed me a loose molding where the repair was done. They said it was aftermarket and didn’t fit right. I need to go back when the OEM part comes in. I thought Blaise would be using all Lexus parts NOT aftermarket.

Balise did an amazing job with my car! The work was completed on time, and everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The only thing I would have liked was better communication through the text messaging update system. However, whenever I called, I was always able to get an update and someone was happy to help. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Balise to others. I would absolutely use them again in the future!
