The team was very nice and were helpful wtih rental car. I just picked up vehicle yesterday and repair looks well done though I am no expert. No rattles and everything seems to work so far. Paint work looks good, could not see any overspray. the rental car is another story but they are not responsible for that. Enterprise puts you in the cheapest thing they have. My team is located all over the Northeast and I drive extensively. Being put in a cheap car that is noisy and not solid is aggravating. In my case I was hit from behind and the other party was shown to be at fault in police report and on video. CEI is going to recover whatever cost of rental is so why not allow us to have a comparable car to what was damaged? I am aslo sending this to my employer as I feel it unsafe to have to drive 1000 miles a week in a cheap rental.
