I recently had my front bumper replaced at Vermette Auto Body, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their pricing was very reasonable compared to several other body shops I contacted, and the quality of the work was excellent. John, the estimator, was professional, responsive, and honest from the very beginning. He provided a quick estimate and took the time to explain that there could be additional issues once the bumper was removed, which I really appreciated because there were no surprises. When the repair required a wheel alignment, they arranged to have it done at another shop, and even that was completed at a very fair price. It's refreshing to work with a business that values honesty, fair pricing, and great customer service. I highly recommend Vermette Auto Body to anyone looking for quality repairs at a fair price. Thank you, John and the entire team, for making the process smooth and stress free!
