Customer service kept me informed about the progress of my repairs. They handled all the contacts with the insurance and car rental company. I opted to get my car detailed and was thrilled that I did. The auto body crew did a superb job on the repairs, and the detail crew made my 9 year old car look brand new.

Exceptional Work, Flawless Service, & Total Peace of Mind! I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. After an upsetting accident involving my beloved old car, I was very nervous that, not only would my insurance company "total" the vehicle, but also would the fender ever look right again, but this team exceeded every expectation, Kelly handled the entire process from start to finish - I was never left wondering what was happening with my car. She kept me consistently informed with regular status updates, explaining exactly where they were at with the repairs. Their transparency completely eased by anxiety. Dealing with the insurance company can be an absolute nightmare, but she took charge and handled the stressful back and forth ... she looked after me as a customer.
