Our services include, glass installation, collision mechanical repairs, frame straightening, We utilize water-borne refinishing materials in our large 6 paint booth, refinish department. There is some type of overspray or something that is stuck to the outside of ny windshield..it will not come off from just the wipers and fluid

The repair looks good but the process from the "direct connection" with Progressive which was positioned as a benefit was a poor experience as was the lack of communication and timeliness.

Nothing was done in the timeframe I was told and not once did they reach out to me with updates, I had to call. An automated to text system would be a huge improvement!
