Our facility is a full service 58,000 square foot facility,which is the largest Collision repair facility in New Hampshire. Our services include, glass installation, collision mechanical repairs, frame straightening, We utilize water-borne refinishing materials in our large 6 paint booth, refinish department. We provide high level quality repairs in a timely manner, while ensuring that our customers are kept updated on the status of the repairs using email or text messaging communication.

Difficult to work with and felt like there was no effort to get the work done in a timely manner. Delays cost me time off from work and a week of rental charges. I would advise others to look and compare elsewhere

I had arranged to have the work done while I was on vacation for a week. Was told it would be ready on time. When called to pick up was told “clips were ordered” and it would take another week. I was forced to rent a car and had to keep calling for updates. Vehicle was just barely completed in two weeks (original quote was one week). Rental cost was an additional $207.

Very friendly customer service, able to accomodate a short repair window, vehicle was ready on time and the drop or and pick up process were easy. Highly recommed Banks Collision Center if you are ever in need of auto body repairs.

My only reservation is that I asked to be informed after the assessment was done before any repairs were started. When I was called, the parts were already ordered. I wanted to be sure there was no structural damage but was not as concerned with cosmetic repairs. Due to a delay with a minor part, my car was gone for 2 weeks.

One tire was replaced which now makes the car drive less smooth. All the tires were matching until the repair. Also one of the rims was damaged prior to dropping it off but now has more noticeable damage, not sure how that happened.
