The shop did an excellent job. You can ot tell that the vehicle was in an accident. The tailgate was fixed to factory service. I heard good reviews on Banks prior to setting up my appointment with them and I'm glad I chose them for the repairs.

The associates did a great job with staying in touch with me. I wasn't hassled by the insurance company to return the rental. They waited until the job was finished. Banks keep me posted when they needed to extend the ETA for the finished job.

Terrible service they never called us to update us of the status of our vehicle. Every time we called when they said it was expected to be complete they would push it off 2 weeks or more. There was scratches on our car that resulted from the collision that they just tried to put the quick fix paint over and made it look even worse.

The front office ladies were very nice and communicative and my initial visit to get my estimate was wonderful. My estimate was explained in full detail to me and showed why the cost was the cost and what needed to be done on the car I returned a phone call as there was some misunderstanding on Bank’s side and when I spoke with someone I asked about the status but after that I did not get status updates on my vehicle for the entire time it was there
