Our facility is a full service 58,000 square foot facility,which is the largest Collision repair facility in New Hampshire. Our services include, glass installation, collision mechanical repairs, frame straightening, We utilize water-borne refinishing materials in our large 6 paint booth, refinish department. We provide high level quality repairs in a timely manner, while ensuring that our customers are kept updated on the status of the repairs using email or text messaging communication.

They had the car for two months and still missed items that were pretty easy. Supposedly they did an “QC” of the repairs, which I highly doubt. Overall very sloppy.

They missed items that were pretty easy. Didn’t replace a wiper blade and we had to remind them that it was missing due to the accident. They had to scramble through older parts to find one. They mounted the front license plate holder, but never drilled the holes needed to attach the plate. They forgot to attach a cover for the sensors in the front grill……. Overall very sloppy.

Overall customer service was poor. Never received any timely updates on status of repairs. When we went to pick up missing sensor cover, Service Representative sent us on a wild goose chase, when the part was sitting on the desk behind her……
