We were kept informed of the progress of our repairs. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The partnership with the insurance company and car rental company all at the same place is genius!! It made the entire experience so much simpler for us. No stress, no running all over to try to pull things together. Thank you all so much for making a tough situation easier. And... our truck looks beautiful again!!!

I have always brought my car to Banks Collision since its purchase from Banks Chev. in 2007. Your repair staff always does an excellent job. The front office is always a pleasure to do business with as well. And it could not get any better having a Geico representative on site as well as coordination with Enterprise rental. Makes a stressful experience easier to take!

When I arrived to drop off my car, I was not greeted by your receptionist or acknowledged that when she asked if she could help me, I didn't know if she was speaking to me because her head was down.
