Bates Collision has served the Erie area since 1982 with the highest quality collision repair for domestic and foreign vehicles. We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

I did not have any issues with the customer service, but for some reason on the week that my repair was estimated to be done, I no longer received text updates and the estimated completed date wasn't updated until I called. Not a big deal though!
