Bates Collision has served the Erie area since 1982 with the highest quality collision repair for domestic and foreign vehicles. We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

After my husband hit a deer, the entire left side of my vehicle had significant damage and most of it had to be replaced. The body shop did an absolutely fantastic job. You would never know the accident happened. The paint matches perfectly with the rest of the vehicle and it honestly looks like it just came off the lot brand new. They also made the entire process incredibly easy. They handled the rental car and dealt directly with the insurance company, so I didn’t have to worry about any of it. I simply dropped my car off, got into the rental, and picked my vehicle up when it was finished. The workmanship, communication, and customer service were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs quality body work

Came in multiple times to pick up my car it was all wonky and didn't look right both times third time looked as good as its gunna get and my front right tire lug nuts were loose and my tire almost fell off my a/c when running is unusually loud now and you can here it in the cabin very annoying sound. I've called them and they said they would call me back but have yet todo so a week later.

This is the third time we have used Bates for repairs on our vehicles (- not all my fault in my defense)! Have been completely satisfied with their service from initial consult to pick up. Their staff is very friendly and professional, making the wound to my ego a little less painful. My ca came back better than new, i am very happy with the repairs. I recommend them to all my unfortunate friends who need auto repairs. Hope to not need them again but know they will take care of me and my vehicle as needed. Thanks Bates!
