Bates Collision has served the Erie area since 1982 with the highest quality collision repair for domestic and foreign vehicles. We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

Very well organized outfit. They take time to explain everything and keep you well updated on the status of your vehicle. Hopefully I never have to use them again, but if another accident does occur I would NOT give a second thought of going back! Very pleased with customer service and the technicians.

Would give it a 20!! They are amazing! Everyone is friendly, and calm which is what you need after you've been in an accident. They take care of everything for you. You don't have to worrie about a thing. What a wonderful experience.
