We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

I had to bring my car in in April after a hit & run and again in June when someone hit my bumper. Both times all of the staff was very friendly and made this situation much better easier than I expected. They even set up the rental car for me! That was awesome. I also worked with Dave and he was great! He explained all the damages, expenses, repairs and answered any questions I had. Hopefully no more damages are done to my car but if so I will definitely be going back to Bates.

I am 100% satisfied with the work. It was done to perfection. The staff was wonderful to work with, right down to me racing against the clock and arriving after closing time to pick up my car. Customer Service and quality of workmanship was, as my 7 year old says, awesamazing!
