Bates Collision has served the Erie area since 1982 with the highest quality collision repair for domestic and foreign vehicles. We have grown over the years and we are now located in beautiful Harbor Creek Township on Buffalo Road. Our new facility occupies over 20,000 square feet and is home to the most state-of-the-art collision repair equipment. Our technicians are I-CAR trained and our painters are PPG certified. We are part of the Ford Certified Collision Network and the Subaru Certified Collision Network.

Bates is great. They handled the entire process from A-to-Z working with the insurance company, offering to get us a rental car directly to their shop, the estimate and ultimately they work on fixing our vehicle after it was hit by a deer. They even cleaned the car inside and out when we picked it up.
