Every employee showed courtesy and they kept me informed throughout the process

It was supposedly fixed, but it appears that it was just cosmetically fixed. I went to drive at home and couldn’t drive my car over 65 miles an hour. It was shaking and slipping. I had three lights, including the check engine and emergency parking brake come on on my way home and it had to be returned.

The lady working the front desk was helpful. She had me bring the car back right away and gave me a rental until it is fixed.

Everyone was good to work with, but my car is not working properly.

The back door dents are repaired nicely. However the car breaking in reverse goes off repeatedly when it’s not needed. Also the driver seat pulsates when I’m turning right …unnecessarily. Also, the Buick symbol shows on the drive under the rear car but nothing happens. I’d say my car needs some adjustment.

The personel were very pleasant and helpful.
