Everyone was so kind and considerate of the situation I was in. Kept me informed and updated. I live 4 hours away but only wanted Baum Collision to fix my car. Although it took a couple months for the part to come in from another country, I do not regret leaving my car . They went out of their way to help me in any way possible. Thank you to every employee at Baum Collision. And Miranda ALWAYS answered the phone so pleasant! And a compliment to Lynne for all of her help answering questions on her own time.
