The whole experience was very positive eventhough, my circumstances weren't when I came Matthew's Ford Oregon, OH. Having an accident is never favorable but the shop took care of my vehicle in a very timely manner. GREAT STAFF!!!

Took way to long, had to take it back for them to fix problems they missed both times. Left their stuff in my car, and overall wasn’t the experience you want after being into a car accident
